I had a great experience at Pep Boys. Tilley, who was working the front desk, was kind, professional, and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. I came in expecting to spend much more, but after completing a free inspection, they were honest about what I actually needed. They didn’t try to sell me unnecessary services, and they helped me understand what to look out for in the future. That kind of honesty and service builds trust and earns repeat customers.

I took my truck to pep- boy to get it fixed on June the 8 2026 and wen I got there I only told them I had I misfire on cylinder 4 detectived and they told me they had they own machine that they was gone do the own diagnoses on it and didn’t do the full diagnose and still and fixed my truck then I got home walked around my truck then noticed whoever drove my truck that day June 8 2026 hit something on my back passenger rim and didn’t notice me are even reported to me I noticed it wen I got home after I left the shop I did a full walk around my truck then notices they hit something on my rim I ask them to fix it are give me my money back they said no they ain’t giving my nothing back they just had bad attitude and customer service… brought my 2007 Chevrolet Avalanche in because Cylinder 4 was misfiring. I paid for a costly diagnostic service and was told the issue was something different. I then paid for the recommended repairs, only to discover that the original problem I brought the vehicle in for had not been fixed. When I returned to address the issue, I requested that the repair be corrected or that I receive a refund. Both requests were denied. I have video recordings document

The Pep Boy mechanics did an engine diagnosis on my car, identified the problem quickly, explained it to me, fixed it and had me back on the road within a few hours. I love the personnel at the Bossier City Pep Boys. They are always so courteous and helpful! Thank you.

Good service, cant argue with the price. I priced out from 3 other shops pep boys was the cheapest by far. 2020 Ram 1500 no issues. This vehicle is not made for a do it yourself job. Requires putting it an maintenance mode and other steps to avoid damage to the system. Front rotors and shoes, back shoes. Out the door with the monthly coupon for june 100 off was $768.85 out the door. Other quotes we over $650 per axel they were $500.

I made an appointment on line at Firestone next door. I was an hour early and it seemed they didn’t want my business. On line showed they had plenty. I was getting 4 brand new tires, oil change, and alignment. He said he only had 1 tire. I said ok I’ll go next door. Thank goodness I did. They got me hooked up and out the door with no problem. Ask for Jacob. He was great. Not the Jacob at Firestone, Jacob at Pep-boys. Thank you for caring and wanting my business. P. s. The alignment machine is working here. Pep-boys I’ll be back most definitely.
